Who can join?
Coaches, club owners, judges and athlete families who buy their own coverage. You do not need to be a USTA member to join, but this page and its pricing are here for the USTA community.
Is this a USTA group plan?
No. Coverage is individual. Each person joins on their own, picks their own plan, and pays their own monthly amount. the United States Trampoline and Tumbling Association makes the program available to its community and does not sponsor or administer benefits.
When can I sign up?
Any month. Becoming a member is a qualifying event, so you don't have to wait for open enrollment. Most people are covered within a few days of signing up.
Can I add my spouse or kids?
Yes. Family pricing is shown at plan selection, based on each person's age.
Can I keep my doctor?
Most likely. Cigna PPO and PHCS are both national networks. You can search for your doctors during onboarding, before you pick a plan, and again any time in the app.
Does it cover injuries from the sport?
Medical plans cover injuries the same way they cover any other care. The optional accident plan adds a cash benefit on top when an injury happens, whether it is in the gym or at a meet.
